Monday Errands

I accompanied Mama and Papa to the shopping centre to do their errands.  We didn't take long, as Papa can't stay out for a long period of time because it gets painful for his eye. After doing the grocery, we headed for the car already.

When we were loading up the shopping into the car, I glanced at the Ted's Camera Store catalogue that Papa took from the shop and eyed this Monkey Grip Flexible Mini Tripod.  I showed Papa and he said to buy it.  He has been meaning to buy me a tripod but hadn't had the chance.  So I power walked to Ted's Camera Store and bought the monkey tripod.

Here it is.  :)

I thought I should give it a dry run so I know how to use it when the time comes.  I found that it wasn't very difficult to use this thing.  Haha.

This is a perfect little gadget for my travel to the Philippines, and for any other future travels my hubby and my family may have.  An absolutely fabulous find.  :)

We're Famous! LOL

I had a brief chat with Ate Pops (Arthur's cousin) this arvo regarding her upcoming wedding this March.   While discussing about her photographers, she mentioned that Arthur and I are on the brochure of our main photographer at our wedding - JayJay Lucas.  I feel somewhat embarrassed, but honoured and proud at the same time.  :)

Check it out!

We're the ones at the bottom centre, just under the word "authentic" -  the couple on the grass.  During the time that this photo was being taken, we were more than happy to lie on the grass - anything to get us off our feet.  Our day started at 2:00AM on our wedding day, so we were extremely exhausted by this time.

In case the image is quite small, here is a slightly larger version.

JayJay is an exceptional photographer.  He's also very easy to get along with, and super fun!  He works with the Imagine Nation Photography team, the ones who covered Danica Sotto's wedding.  Have a browse on JayJay's website, you will surely love the moments he has captured.

Thanks JayJay for including us in your brochure! :D
