New Cooking Toy

I have decided to make Honey Joys for Christmas, and Classic Berry Tarts for New Year.

To assist with my Honey Joys, I bought a silicone 12 cup muffin pan from Myer. I was meant to use the muffin pans at home, but when I went to Myer last night, I just couldn't resist (it was the last one in stock). I'm excited now! I'm quite new at this cooking stuff, but hey - practise makes perfect! :)
