Char Kway Teow

I made dinner today, the first dish I made (with some assistance from my Dad) from my Women's Weekly Cookbook - Char Kway Teow, one of Singapore's classic fried noodle dishes.










My family said it tasted good. Yipee! :)

After dinner we went to my Aunt's house down the road (to help with the preparations for my Grandma's 85th Birthday), and I brought some of the dish so they could try my cooking (because they know I don't cook much). They thought it was nice too! This definitely boosts my confidence. Hehe. :)
