welcome to my world sista! ist becoming common here in the south west sydney that when it strikes mid 40s its like saying - whats new... see my post the other day - it even reached 44C ... its better to close all the windows and doors and leave the aircon for a couple of hours then turn it off for a bit before you drag its mercury again hahaha...
stay cool and look after your mama and papa as the elders are the ones greatly affected...

hi sis! far out, the weather is really making an impact on everyone is AU (and everywhere else around the world where Mother Nature is upset). at work, i normally bring 1 water bottle. but today, i brought 2 - one to freeze up in the freezer and one for me to drink up (ice water), then i just rotate them so i always have a really cold bottle. it's proving to be quite effective actually. :)
my only battle is - sore throat! hehe. :)
